2010 Friar Centennial Teaching Fellowship

Fellow Longhorns:

The Friar Society, the University's oldest honor society, is now accepting nominations for the 2010 Friar Centennial Teaching Fellowship (FCTF). Since its inception in 1983, the Teaching Fellowship has served to honor the very best undergraduate teachers at the University. This Fellowship, which awards $25,000 annually to one outstanding undergraduate professor, is one of the largest undergraduate faculty awards at the University with an endowment of over $600,000.

We invite you to nominate a tenured or tenure-track faculty member who, in your experience, is deserving of this special honor. The nomination form can be found here.

Please submit all nomination forms to FCTF2010@gmail.com by Friday, February 26, 2010. Late submissions will not be considered.

If you have any questions or comments, please contact us at nkuriakose@prc.utexas.edu or zuhairmkhan@gmail.com. We look forward to receiving your nominations.
